David Kahl is an entrepreneur, executive coach, and heart-driven changemaker. As the founder and CEO of Fully, he grew the company into a $100+ million e-commerce enterprise, while creating a compassionate culture of inclusivity and social responsibility. Fully was the largest B-Corp furniture company in the world, and was purchased by MillerKnoll in 2019.

Drawing upon his experience in business leadership, executive coaching, and over 25 years of meditation practice, he now channels his expertise into guiding individuals and groups through transformative psychedelic experiences within Oregon's legal psilocybin framework. David creates safe spaces for exploration, healing, and personal growth, empowering clients to tap into their inner wisdom, embrace their authenticity, cultivate resilience, and live lives of purpose and fulfillment.

Sarah Holdeman thinks about “growth” in everything she does, including how to grow mission-driven organizations’ impact. She believes that any business focused solely on the monetary bottom line is doomed to fail. After years in tech startups where profit and financial gain were put above all else, with impact and purpose as a nice afterthought, Sarah knew there was a better way. As the Vice Chair of the B Local PDX board, she uses these skills to help grow and solidify the B Corp movement in the Pacific Northwest. Her experiences in industries ranging from food and beverage to technology startups allow her to bring a well rounded, innovative approach to projects in service of helping organizations reach their impact goals.
