From Earth Mamas to Perpetual Purpose Trust: Brenna Davis and Organically Grown Company

With two decades of experience across seven industries and organizations ranging from $20M startups to $300B multinationals, Brenna Davis has built a track record of scaling companies while preserving trust, culture, and mission. Before joining OGC, she was on the executive team at PCC Community Markets — the nation’s largest cooperative grocer with $480M in revenue — where she helped double the store footprint while strengthening its mission focus on local and organic food. She oversaw social and environmental responsibility, communications, and public affairs, leading PCC to be recognized as the most sustainable retailer in the country, including a Fast Company World Changing Ideas honorable mention.

Davis is also the author of the international bestseller Leading Through Fire: Resilient Leadership for People, Planet, and the Future, a guide for navigating complexity with clarity and courage that has resonated with executives and changemakers across industries. She combines her executive experience with a strong educational foundation: an M.S. in Management, a B.S. in Environmental Science, and advanced training in finance, systems thinking, and futures studies.

Her hallmark is creating organizations that thrive financially, ethically, and sustainably — proving business can be both a powerful engine of prosperity and a force for good.
